Lovely Toast Bread

My sweety god-daughter was home with me this evening and wanted something to munch.  She had a lousy and tired day, so I decided to prepare this "lovely" toast bread to brighten her.

Bought the inedible "eyes" and added into the smiley hashbrowns.

Rice Bento for light lunch

Some leftover  french beans and carrots which I brought it for lunch today. 

As I woke up much later than the usual days, nothing much I could prepare but just fixed the dishes and some white rice in this bento.

Smiley Cheese Fishballs & Soy Beans

Was going through the food picks collection last evening and realised there're still numerous new food picks yet being used. 
This morning, I prepared for myself this bento which filled with some butter sandwich, cheese fishballs and soy beans.

Transportation Cake

Most of you are familiar with these alphabets cutters, most charabento fans are using on cheese.  Ling used on fondant for the wordkings on the cake.

It's Linda's nephew, YiJie's 3rd birthday today.

Ling's surprised with her creation of a transportation cake to the little boy. Ling's spent time to decorate the cake, filled the goods on the truck with M&M chocolates.

Linda's family liked the cake very much.

Butter Cake

"So spongy, soft, tasty..." said Shavonne, Ling's daughter.  That was Ling's butter cake.  We finished it almost at a blink of an eye!

Luckily, I was home and I managed to taste it...  Pphheeeww~~~

"Fruity" Sandwich

It's been almost a month since I started work, nothing "colourful" / "fruitful", so today, I decided to prepare a simple "fruity" sandwich for my breakfast.

Soccer Cake

Ian being a super soccer fan, Linda decided to get him a soccer cake for his 13th birthday celebration. 

Ling has baked a chocolate cake and decorated with some figurings.

Salad Bowl

A fruitful and healthy Friday Morning!
Quite a number of salad ingredients were stored in refrigerator, so Ling prepared 2 portions for both of us.  We enjoyed it for breakfast.

Chocolate Ganache Cake

Last Christmas, Ling & family were away on several days vacation.

She baked few chocolate ganache cakes, her princess brought to the tuition teacher as belated Christmas gift.

Ling decorated this super delicious cake with some Christmas decorations which she bought from Phoon Huat. 

I am not a big chocolate fan myself, but I'd "gobbled" 2 big pieces!!  OOpppss...
