"My Melody" Butter Cake 牛油蛋糕

I am a fan of "My Melody" since childhood and had few collections of this character.  

Ling's baked this lovely birthday cake specially for me on my birthday today!

Happy New Year 2012 ~ European Apple Pecan Cupcakes 欧洲苹果山核桃杯子蛋糕

An ex-colleague, Salbiyah has invited Sandra & I for a gathering at her house this afternoon.

My good friend, Sandra and I prepared two small gifts to bring along.

Ling assisted me to bake the Apple Pecan cupcakes and decorated with Christmas & New Year theme.

Have also shared these cupcakes with Sandra and family.

Other colleagues and friends who were there commented that the cupcakes are 'pretty' and nicely decorated.  Thank you all!

Hello Kitty found in the 'Black Forest' ?? 黑森林蛋糕

Our good friend, Karen's birthday falls on Christmas Day.  
Ling has baked a Black Forest Cake and piped the outline of Hello Kitty on the cake.
On Christmas Eve, after the Christmas gift exchange among the kids, we presented the Hello Kitty Black Forest Cake to her.  She was surprised with the 'unknown arrangement', and thanked Ling for the cake.

Christmas Cupcakes 聖誕杯子蛋糕

My dearest cousin, MG has just recently seen the Christmas Chocolate Chip cupcakes and she has requested for this similar theme cupcakes as dessert for this evening Christmas celebration at her house.

Suggested Chocolate Chip & Apple Pecan so that the guests could try 2 different flavours of cupcakes.
Ling has also made additional 'designs' (eg : reindeer) apart from the icing figurines. 

Other than own family members, there were invited friends' as well.  All of them like the cupcakes and commented : Great!

Christmas Cupcakes 聖誕杯子蛋糕

Ling's little prince aged 3 1/2yo had potluck for Christmas Party at his Childcare Centre this morning.

Ling has baked Chocolate Chip cupcakes and topped with Christmas theme figurines.  

Her prince woke up early morning and seen the cupcakes were all ready to be brought to school.  He exclaimed, "I love them very much, they are ssooooo nice!" 

The little one brought with him a Christmas gift for gift exchange among his classmates.

The kids enjoyed the celebration and brought with them each a cupcake home joyfully.

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Christmas Ribbons 巧克力杏仁饼干

Other than the Christmas Tree Butter Cookies, these Chocolate Chip Almond Cookies are among the popular ones.

They can be packed in bottles and boxes, tied up with Christmas ribbons which are presentable as Christmas gifts too.

It was about 3 weeks ago that Ling has baked the European Apple Pecan cupcakes, most of us like it very much.

Ling's lovely dad had the chance to taste these delicious cupcakes during his recent trip to Singapore.

She used the newly bought cupcake liners.

Another year is wrapping up soon with the last few public holidays ~ Christmas & Boxing Day.

Shops, hotels, departmental stores have had their Christmas decorations ready for the exciting celebration.  Trust some of you have already unpacked the Christmas decorations for home.

As for us, we are ready to assist in your Christmas gifts while visiting friends, gifts for church functions during this festive season.

Choice of cookies are namely, butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip almond cookies, peppermint cookies, cornflakes cookies and orange cornflakes.

Christmas Tree butter cookies is among the popular requests.  The butter cookies (melt in  mouth) and chocolate chip almonds are among the best sellers!

Cornflakes Cookies 玉米片饼干

Ling has just baked some cornflakes cookies.  Some like to request as gifts for friends/relatives during the festive season.  Depending on individual's taste, some prefer the orange cornflakes cookies.

Mango Mousse Cake 芒果慕斯蛋糕

Back by popular demand.  Good news for Mango Lovers out there!  

Ling has baked another round of Mango Mousse Cake.

Too excited to taste it, but everyone has to be patient as Ling has to freeze it up and carry on some baking steps before we could taste it. 

Baked diced almond were added on the side of the cake.  Wow... is real yummy!

Generally, this cake is on higher demand by the adults than children.

Black Forest Cake 黑森林蛋糕

Is the baker, Ling drunk again, baking the Black Forest Cake?  Remember what's the cake named after?

Ling's definitely NOT drunk, our good friend, Diana's hubby loves to eat this cake.  Ling baked an additional so that our family members could taste it too.

Her princess couldn't wait to get her hands on the cake but was advised to wait a little longer as the cake needs to be chilled first.   The home tutor came right on time when we are about to cut the cake, she likes this cake too.

Ling filled the cakes with pitted dark sweet cherries, looks extremely delicious!

The 7inch cake was cut into 9 pieces, Ling and I had only managed to taste a small portion of it.  The rest was devoured by her princess :) 

Most of us dislike the sweetened cherries, so we decorated with the colourful milk chocolate lentils.

Butter Cookies 牛油饼干

Melting moment ~ these butter cookies taste superb & they melt in your mouth too!

A choice of chocolate chips or colourful milk chocolate lentils topping.  Most adults prefer chocolate chips and kids certainly loves colourful milk chocolate lentils.
These cookies are presentable as gifts during festive season too.
