Lunar New Year Goodies 农历新年曲奇餅

Time flies, is gonna be less than a month for those who are celebration Chinese New Year.  A brand new year to welcome longevity, wealth and prosperity.  

We believe most of us are busy preparing for spring cleaning,  getting new clothing and even stock up new year goodies to welcome this Water Dragon year!

Same goes here, we are introducing some homemade goodies to ease your 'headache', ready for your invited relatives and guests who are visiting you during this Spring Festival.

A new Almond Cookies is specially 'designed' for this Chinese New Year.

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Christmas Ribbons 巧克力杏仁饼干

Other than the Christmas Tree Butter Cookies, these Chocolate Chip Almond Cookies are among the popular ones.

They can be packed in bottles and boxes, tied up with Christmas ribbons which are presentable as Christmas gifts too.

Christmas is round the corner 聖誕節快到了!

As promised, we are now back to bake!  Not only back to bake, but we have some new Christmas ribbons and packaging.

We have various requests for cookies and tarts to be ready by the next 3 days!

This item is one of the 'popular' items during this festive season.

Santa Clause figurine is packed in this tall rectangular box only.

Some prefer to have these cookies sealed and tied up with colourful ribbons whilst some prefer to pack in a gift box instead.

Another year is wrapping up soon with the last few public holidays ~ Christmas & Boxing Day.

Shops, hotels, departmental stores have had their Christmas decorations ready for the exciting celebration.  Trust some of you have already unpacked the Christmas decorations for home.

As for us, we are ready to assist in your Christmas gifts while visiting friends, gifts for church functions during this festive season.

Choice of cookies are namely, butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip almond cookies, peppermint cookies, cornflakes cookies and orange cornflakes.

Christmas Tree butter cookies is among the popular requests.  The butter cookies (melt in  mouth) and chocolate chip almonds are among the best sellers!

Ling has just baked some cornflakes cookies.  Some like to request as gifts for friends/relatives during the festive season.  Depending on individual's taste, some prefer the orange cornflakes cookies.

With Christmas around the corner, Ling baked another round of Christmas butter cookies and decorated them with colourful royal icing.

Some requested the cookies to be packed in a simple individual packing which they can bring along as gifts while visiting friends and relatives at the Christmas Party.

A choice of chocolate chips or colourful milk chocolate lentils topping.  Most adults prefer chocolate chips and kids certainly loves colourful milk chocolate lentils.
These cookies are presentable as gifts during festive season too.

Guess most us are familiar with hedgehog but has anyone tasted hedgehog cookies?

Ling baked mini hedgehog cookies which topped with mashed sweet potatoes.

Rounded Butter Cookies 圆润牛油曲奇

Ling has also baked some rounded butter cookies.

The kids like this recipe compared to the peppermint cookies.  Texture of these cookies are much smoother.

Christmas Peppermint Cookies 圣诞薄荷饼干

Peppermint lovers would probably like these cookies.

Ling used the Christmas Tree cookies cutter and decorated with white chocolate (coloured with pastel green) and some colourful sprinkles.

Linda has invited us to her princess, Megan's birthday celebration later today.  

Have decided to bake some chocolate chip cookies and bring along to Megan and her little friends out there.

Topped the cookies with M&M's on ice cream sticks.
