Happy New Year 2012 ~ European Apple Pecan Cupcakes 欧洲苹果山核桃杯子蛋糕

An ex-colleague, Salbiyah has invited Sandra & I for a gathering at her house this afternoon.

My good friend, Sandra and I prepared two small gifts to bring along.

Ling assisted me to bake the Apple Pecan cupcakes and decorated with Christmas & New Year theme.

Have also shared these cupcakes with Sandra and family.

Other colleagues and friends who were there commented that the cupcakes are 'pretty' and nicely decorated.  Thank you all!

Christmas Cupcakes 聖誕杯子蛋糕

Ling's little prince aged 3 1/2yo had potluck for Christmas Party at his Childcare Centre this morning.

Ling has baked Chocolate Chip cupcakes and topped with Christmas theme figurines.  

Her prince woke up early morning and seen the cupcakes were all ready to be brought to school.  He exclaimed, "I love them very much, they are ssooooo nice!" 

The little one brought with him a Christmas gift for gift exchange among his classmates.

The kids enjoyed the celebration and brought with them each a cupcake home joyfully.

Christmas Butter Cookies 圣诞牛油饼干

With Christmas around the corner, Ling baked another round of Christmas butter cookies and decorated them with colourful royal icing.

Some requested the cookies to be packed in a simple individual packing which they can bring along as gifts while visiting friends and relatives at the Christmas Party.
