Happy New Year 2012 ~ European Apple Pecan Cupcakes 欧洲苹果山核桃杯子蛋糕

An ex-colleague, Salbiyah has invited Sandra & I for a gathering at her house this afternoon.

My good friend, Sandra and I prepared two small gifts to bring along.

Ling assisted me to bake the Apple Pecan cupcakes and decorated with Christmas & New Year theme.

Have also shared these cupcakes with Sandra and family.

Other colleagues and friends who were there commented that the cupcakes are 'pretty' and nicely decorated.  Thank you all!

Christmas Cupcakes 聖誕杯子蛋糕

My dearest cousin, MG has just recently seen the Christmas Chocolate Chip cupcakes and she has requested for this similar theme cupcakes as dessert for this evening Christmas celebration at her house.

Suggested Chocolate Chip & Apple Pecan so that the guests could try 2 different flavours of cupcakes.
Ling has also made additional 'designs' (eg : reindeer) apart from the icing figurines. 

Other than own family members, there were invited friends' as well.  All of them like the cupcakes and commented : Great!

It was about 3 weeks ago that Ling has baked the European Apple Pecan cupcakes, most of us like it very much.

Ling's lovely dad had the chance to taste these delicious cupcakes during his recent trip to Singapore.

She used the newly bought cupcake liners.

Ling baked it in cupcakes today.

Our good friend, Karen and her children were here and they had the chance to taste the cupcakes too!

I love apples, apple pie, apple strudel, etc.  Yet to tried something new that Ling has baked today ~ European Apple Pecan Cake.  Oopsss... I took one whole piece from the aluminium baking tray! Delicious!
