Ling baked muffins for the first time. She wanted it to be "fool-proof", so she used the "Golden Premix Muffin" (bought from http://www.phoonhuat.com/). It turned out quite good and the texture was moist & soft for a muffin.
For the kids, she added chocolate buttons and dried apricot for adults.
