Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

This cake is back by 'popular demand'.  

As mentioned on the recent bake,  half of the cake was gone before I could even snap some photos.

I could get better photos today ~ the kids were not in while the cake was ready to serve! Hehe ~
Ling used plain flour today instead of cake flour for this bake, seems that it tastes better with cake flour.  Oopss... the kids are back in action!

Another new recipe of the week ~ Banana Chocolate Chip Cake by Ling.

Everyone love the cake very much, the kids love the chocolate chips.  Before I could even snap a few shots, half of it was gone!

Banana Chocolate Cake 香蕉巧克力蛋糕

Ling has baked a Banana Chocolate Cake and she mold a 'banana' to display on top of the cake.  

The kids like the cake very much.  

Banana Walnut Cupcake 香蕉核桃杯子蛋糕

Ling made another batter to bake cupcakes as well. 

Both her children like it very much.  I took one right after I snapped few shots of the cupcakes. Yummy !

It was quite sometime I have yet tasted Ling's banana walnut cake, I remember the it's last October that I ate the cake.
She bakes this cake occasionally just that I didnt have chance to taste it (finished before I could grab!)

Banana Chocolate Cake 巧克力香蕉蛋糕

Ling used dark chocolate for the banana cake that she baked today.

Usually I cant take dark chocolate as it triggers migraine, but today, I tried and I was alright.

The mixture of sweet bananas and dark chocolate cake --- uuhhmmm! It's great - I ended with 2 pieces!!

Citrus + Pandan + Banana Chiffon Cakes 柑橘。班蘭。香蕉薄綢蛋糕

It has been quite sometime Ling has yet baked Chiffon cakes.  The one she baked months ago was the Pandan Chiffon Cake last August 2010.

Today she baked 2 additional flavours, citrus & banana.  The improved texture was great and taste great! 

Banana Walnut Cake 香蕉核桃蛋糕

This is Ling's hubby and princess favourite cake. 

Unfortunately, when Ling baked it this time round, her hubby is out of town.  So, take a guess who wiped out the entire cake??

It's her princess! ~~~ She simply cannot resist. 

Ling divided the batter into 3 portions to bake 3 loaves of cakes.  The other two were given to her princess tuition teacher and Ling's friend.
