Tuna Sandwich & Pineapple Tarts

As mentioned, it's a great sponge cake that Ling baked yesterday that I'd wanna pack for bento this morning.
In fact, over the past few days, I'd Linda's mum pineapple tarts and I bought some mangosteen (one of my favourite fruits), so I have all these delicious food packed for my bento of the day!
Tuna sandwich, sponge cake on a tier and another dessert tier.
I was so happy that managed to buy the 4 face expression nori cutters from Daiso Singapore.

Pineapple Tarts 凤梨酥 。黄梨酥

Ling baked pineapple tarts again today.  This time she wrapped the pineapple jam inside the dough.
Most of us like this 'version' compared to the previous sunflower shape she baked last month.
Ling's little prince grabbed the tarts without any hesitation. "Yummy...", he said.
My brother loves to eat pineapple tarts too, so mum ordered several bottles from Ling and brought back to Penang.

Pineapple Tarts 凤梨酥 。黄梨酥

It's been awhile Ling has yet baked pineapple tarts and she did it today.
I was home late this evening and I managed to try the tarts right from the oven.
Simply "wow"!  Her little prince loves to eat.
