Raisin Scone 葡萄乾司康

Let me recall, the last scone I ate was at least 6 years ago which didn't last me a good impression.  Probably, those were 'leftover' scones.  (oopss, it's during my F&B area of work).
Ling has just baked the raisin scones and I tried.  It's totally different, as it's freshly baked and tasted so nice!

Apple Strudel 苹果果馅奶酪卷

What to do with additional Green Apples? Ling chopped out some cubes of green apples, added some raisins, cinnamon powder and Voila ~~~~ !
That's your apple strudel fillings.
She scooped the fillings and spread over the ready made puff pastry. The delicious apple strudel ready in about 20 minutes.

Mixed Vegetable Salad

Awaken by a "nightmare" that I had "+" sign on the weighing scale! Hence, decided to have a good start on 1st day of the month (wonderful Sunday morning). (先听着,哈哈,greedy me!)
Made 2 sets of mixed veggie salad for both Ling & I ^.^

Ingredients : Red Cabbage (finely shredded cabbage, marinated with Calamansi Honey Juice, Olive Oil & Sugar), Baby Carrots(Sumich), Japanese Cucumber, Real Bacon Bits (Hormel), Sweet Corns (Watties), Hard-Boiled Egg, Butterhead Lettuce, Iceberg Lettuce, Raisin (Sun-Maid) , Cherry Tomato, Sunflower Seeds, Red, Yellow & Green Capsicums.
